How I use your info.

Plain and simple. Last updated: October 3, 2026.

Who I am

This website belongs to Guri Sahota, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you have a question about your information, send me a message through the contact form.

What I collect

  • Find your gap quiz: your name, your email, your answers, anything you type in your own words, your result, and whether you want my emails.
  • Email check: before you start the quiz, I email you a one-time code to make sure the email is yours. The code is deleted once it’s used or expires.
  • Where you came from: with any form, the link that brought you here (for example an Instagram story), so I know what works.
  • Email list: your name and email.
  • Contact and speaking forms: your name, email and what you write to me, like event details.

I don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If you don't fill a form, I don't collect anything about you.

Why I use it

  • To show you your quiz result.
  • To reply to your message or booking request.
  • To send you emails, but only if you joined the email list or ticked the box in the quiz. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • To understand what people struggle with, so I can make better content.

I don't sell your information. I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who helps me run this

  • Hostinger hosts this website and stores the form submissions.
  • Google (Gmail and Google Sheets) is where I receive and keep form submissions.
  • Anthropic (Claude) helps me turn your answers into your follow-up questions and your personal plan. It gets your answers, not your name or email.

These companies may process information outside Canada, for example in the United States.

How long I keep it

Only as long as I need it for the reasons above. You can ask me to delete it anytime.

Your choices

You can ask to see, fix or delete the information I have about you, or to stop getting emails. Use the contact form and I'll take care of it.

Keeping it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website is 100% secure, so please don't send anything you'd consider very sensitive through a form.

Changes

If this changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
